Is my personal data safe with TrustID?

TrustID specialises in providing secure and hassle-free identity document verification services. While several IDVT providers are available, we have opted for TrustID due to their direct approval from the Home Office after an audit. Additionally, we have engaged in extensive discussions with the FCSA, the compliance authority for our industry.

Will a TrustID check be visible on my credit profile?

TrustID completes a soft credit check, which will be visible on your credit profile without affecting your credit score. Unlike a hard credit search, which reviews your credit record and may impact your credit score and eligibility, a soft credit check only verifies your Identity documents and conducts an AML (Anti Money Laundering) and address check in the background. It is capable of detecting any PEP (Politically Exposed Person) notes or sanctions.

Any information uploaded to TrustID is automatically deleted within seven days.
